High Quality And Guaranteed Home Décor Essentials

We are confident about the quality of our bed sheets and home décor essentials that we offer a 3-month color fade guarantee! That means if the color fades within 3 months of buying it, no sweat! We will simply exchange it for a brand new one, free of charge.

The only catch is that if your favorite design isn’t available anymore, you can pick a different design you like. However, please note that you will be responsible for the delivery charges associated with the exchange.

What Can Be Returned or Exchanged?

You can return or exchange Stylish Homes products within 7 days of receiving your order. What we require is:

  • The products must be in their original condition, unworn, and unused with all tags attached.
  • Unfortunately, products marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Exchanges for Various Reasons

We offer exchanges for a variety of reasons to ensure your satisfaction. Our policy covers:

  • Change of Mind: In case you are not happy with the purchase or want to buy a different design, we do offer an exchange option to our customers. You can exchange it within 7 days of purchase, provided it’s unwashed and in its original condition (excluding sale items).
  • Defective Products: We are committed to offering top-quality products. However, if you encounter a defective product, you can initiate an exchange within 7 days of purchase.

 

Return or Exchange Process

Returning and exchanging products from Stylish Homes is a simple process. Follow the given process to initiate your request:

Contact Us: Contact our friendly customer service team via email at Info@stylishhomes.pk or by phone at: +923392210999. They will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and any additional instructions.

Pack Your Items Securely: Carefully place the items you are returning in their original packaging, if possible.

Ship Your Return: Include the completed packing slip with your RAN clearly marked on the outside of the box. You can choose your preferred shipping method, or we can provide a prepaid return label (depending on the reason for the return).
